Daniela
Daniela is a RYT 500, E-RYT 200, YACEP certified yoga teacher with a background in dance, pilates and fitness. In her late 20s she had a near-death car accident that put her in bed and crutches for several months and left her with some chronic injuries. “Yoga, was the key for my physical and emotional recovery” Daniela says. This experience made her focus more on anatomy studies and learn how to modify yoga with different injuries (especially with herniated discs). And she understood how much, working mindfully on our body improves ourselves and our life. In 2016 she got her 200 and 500 RYT in Hatha, Vinyasa and Alignment Yoga and in 2018 her 300 RYT in Pranayama in Thailand, where she spent over two months. Her focus is in alignment, breathing, and body-awareness. In her classes she will invite you to have a “date" with yourself, to listen and discover your body, while letting go of what you don’t need and… smile!

Johan
Johan’s yoga journey began in his native Venezuela, where he first encountered yoga through the practice of Ashtanga in early 2004. Over the years, he has explored various styles and branches of yoga, including Power Vinyasa, Hatha, Kundalini, and, most prominently, Ashtanga yoga, which remains his primary focus. In Venezuela, Johan taught Hatha yoga at several yoga centers and even conducted classes at the embassies of Peru, Ecuador, and Argentina based in Caracas. In 2015, he moved to Miami to deepen his knowledge and strengthen his connection with his personal practice. He earned his RYT 200 certification and brought with him over a decade of teaching experience, helping students and yogis enhance their practice from the inside out. Currently, Johan focuses on teaching two primary class styles: Power Vinyasa Yoga and Slow Flow. While these approaches differ in rhythm and benefits, they share a common goal of fostering a well-rounded practice that emphasizes both strength and the mind-body connection. These complementary styles enable students to progress safely and effectively in their personal practice, cultivating a deep commitment to the yoga lifestyle.
Stephany
"Yoga came into my life during a dark time. It became my refuge, my medicine, and the path that helped me reconnect with my body, and discover self-love. Today, I’m a Hatha Yoga instructor, and from that place of personal experience, I share a practice that is gentle, mindful, and rooted in compassion. My classes are a space to pause, breathe, and feel. I guide slow, steady, and deep movements that help you reconnect with your body, release tension, and find inner balance. It doesn’t matter if you’re just beginning or have been practicing for a while—what matters is showing up, being with yourself, and allowing yoga to reveal what you need in each moment. I’m here to hold space with softness and presence, and to remind you that everything you’re looking for already lives within you." ~Stephany
