Daniela
Daniela is a RYT 500, E-RYT 200, YACEP certified yoga teacher with a background in dance, pilates and fitness. In her late 20s she had a near-death car accident that put her in bed and crutches for several months and left her with some chronic injuries. “Yoga, was the key for my physical and emotional recovery” Daniela says. This experience made her focus more on anatomy studies and learn how to modify yoga with different injuries (especially with herniated discs). And she understood how much, working mindfully on our body improves ourselves and our life. In 2016 she got her 200 and 500 RYT in Hatha, Vinyasa and Alignment Yoga and in 2018 her 300 RYT in Pranayama in Thailand, where she spent over two months. Her focus is in alignment, breathing, and body-awareness. In her classes she will invite you to have a “date" with yourself, to listen and discover your body, while letting go of what you don’t need and… smile!
Maddy
Maddy Perkins shares Yin yoga and sound meditation as a practice of deep rest and gentle listening. Her classes are soft spaces to slow down, release tension, and let the body feel safe enough to melt. Through stillness, breath, and sound, she supports her students in unwinding the nervous system, softening the heart, and returning to a quieter, kinder rhythm within.
Tachi
Tachi is a certified 200H yoga instructor specializing in Power Vinyasa. She began her practice three years ago for the physical benefits, but soon discovered a space where she could express herself freely — and fell in love. Yoga has taught her to live more joyfully and authentically, and that is what she shares with her students.
For Tachi, yoga is far more than the asanas — it is a journey inward, a practice of presence, compassion, and self-discovery. Her classes are designed to empower students physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Guided by allowance and curiosity, her goal is to help each student connect with their inner power and shine their unique light with confidence.
Lisa Love
Lisa is a women’s wellness coach and movement guide dedicated to helping women feel strong, confident, and deeply connected to their bodies. With a background in functional fitness, pelvic floor health, and cycle-synced training, she empowers her clients to build sustainable strength without stress or strain. Her classes blend proper alignment, mindful movement, and feminine embodiment practices, creating a safe space for women to tone, energize, and reconnect with their natural radiance.
Séléna
Selena is a yoga instructor with over 600 hours of specialized training, a Reiki practitioner, and sound healing facilitator.
Her dream of sharing her passion for movement and holding space for others came to life through Silver Garden. What began as a personal journey evolved into a space where mindful connection flourishes, and where everyone is invited to express themselves and reconnect with their own magic.
Through Vinyasa, Yin, breathwork, and organic movement, she cultivates presence, intentional movement, and nervous system resilience.
The greatest teacher resides within you. She is simply here to help you remember it.
