Late Arrival Policy

Please arrive on time, as late arrivals will be refused entry and no refunds will be issued for missed classes. We kindly ask you to respect this policy for your safety and out of respect for our teachers and fellow students, as the warm-up is an essential part of class. Please be sure to watch our Instagram Reel for directions on how to find us so you don’t get lost. 🤍 Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Please respect our 6-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy. We understand plans can change, but we need a consistent system to keep things fair and our classes running smoothly. Cancellations or rescheduling within 6 hours of class will result in the class credit being forfeited. Thank you for understanding and respecting our policy 🤍

Booking & Cancellation Policy for Private Events

To secure your private event booking, full payment is required at the time of reservation. Cancellations made 15 days or more before the scheduled event date are eligible for a 50% refund of the total booking amount. Cancellations made less than 15 days before the event are non-refundable. No-shows or same-day cancellations will not receive any refund. By booking with us, you agree to these terms. — The Silver Garden Team
