Silver Garden is an inclusive pole dance and yoga studio in the heart of Downtown Miami, where movement and mindfulness flourish.

Located on the 12th floor of Downtown 1st with panoramic skyline views, we offer beginner to advanced pole dance classes, yoga, heels choreo, twerk and flexibility training, plus private bachelorette & birthday parties.

We believe in nurturing both body and spirit. Rooted in the mindfulness of Yoga and freedom of pole, our mission is to hold a welcoming, safe space where all can explore spirituality, sensuality, and strength. Brand new or years into your practice, our studio has a class for you.
