Silver Garden Studio Policies

Thank you for choosing Silver Garden! To ensure the best experience for all students, please review our studio policies before attending class.

Class Cancellations

Classes may be canceled up to 6 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty.

Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the class start time will result in the class being forfeited.

Unlimited Membership holders who do not cancel their reservation before the 6-hour cancellation window and do not attend class will be charged a $5 no-show fee.

Please cancel your reservation through our Silver Garden app to allow another student the opportunity to join the class.

Late Arrivals

For your safety and the quality of the class experience, students arriving more than 10 minutes after the scheduled class start time may not be permitted to join the class.

No refunds or credits will be issued for missed classes due to late arrival.

Waitlist

If a space becomes available, students on the waitlist will be automatically added to the class and notified.

Once added to the class, the standard cancellation policy applies.

Workshops & Special Events

Workshops, events, retreats, and specialty classes may have separate cancellation policies. Please refer to the specific event description for details before booking.

Studio Etiquette

- Please arrive a few minutes before class begins.

- Remove shoes upon entering the studio unless required for class.

- No food or glass containers are permitted in the studio.

- Phones should be kept on silent during class.

- Please clean your pole and any equipment after use using the provided cleaning supplies.

- Respect fellow students, instructors, and the studio space at all times.

Health & Safety

Students participate in classes at their own risk. If you are pregnant, recovering from an injury, or have any medical concerns, please consult your physician before participating and inform your instructor before class.
