What to expect
Onboarding session — Sit down or hop on a video call, one-on-one with Luna and Séléna, before you start — to map out your goals for the program and lock in a training schedule that actually fits your life for the next three months.
Your own mentor — A dedicated Silver Garden mentor for the full program, with one-on-one check-ins (3 hours total). Your mentor is matched to you based on your goals and availability.
Observation — Sit in on Beginner and Intermediate classes as a silent observer: watching, taking notes, learning how an instructor structures the room. After class, you bring your questions — what you didn't follow, or what you want confirmed — straight to the instructor.
Co-teaching — The next step up: you're in the room as an active assistant, not just a watcher. The instructor may hand you pieces of the class to run — leading the warm-up, spotting specific students, taking a section solo — so you're practicing real teaching moments before you're ever running a class on your own.
Teaching assessments — Plan and lead two mock classes solo. The Silver Garden team watches, breaks down what worked and what didn't, and helps you sharpen it before your finals.
3 privates — Three one-on-one sessions to use however serves you best: sharpen your own pole practice, or work directly with a trainer on the mechanics of teaching — building a warm-up, structuring a class, cueing clearly, spotting safely.
In-person labs — 4 immersive labs, 4 hours each (Lab dates and themes below).
Unlimited studio membership — Full access to the regular class schedule for the entire term, so you can take any class.
Unlimited Open Practice membership — Full access the open practice time slot.
6h studio rental — Reserve them just for you or with other students, to train, choreograph, or rehearse your teaching in the space on your own terms.
Silver Garden Kit— The complete teaching manual Keep Growing + companion student workbook. Knee pads , Branded Thermic Bottle, Personal Towel.
Completion consultation: 1 consultation with the Program Director to go through your completed assessment before your final exam.
